Triad Ladies Night — Vendor Info & Agreement (Please Confirm)

Hi vendors,

We are SO excited to have you as part of Triad Ladies Night on Friday, June 5th at State Street, Greensboro! Below is everything you need to know to participate. Please read carefully — you'll need to confirm at the bottom.

Event Snapshot

  • Date: Friday, June 5, 2026

  • Event hours: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Location: State Street, Greensboro

  • Vendor setup window: 2:00 – 3:30 PM, fully set up and ready by 4:00 PM (setup window is tentative and may shift — final timing will be confirmed closer to the event)

  • Check-in: Stop by the SheWolf tent in front of Bitters when you arrive

  • Entertainment: Live DJ on site — come ready for a vibe!

  • Load-in details: Specific load-in instructions and vendor parking will be communicated closer to the event

Vendor Fee — $50

  • Pay at triadladiesnight.com if you have not already

  • You are not confirmed until you pay. Spots are first come, first paid

  • We are capping the event at 20 vendors. If you are no longer able to participate, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open your spot to the waitlist

  • Once paid, the vendor fee is non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by SheWolf

What You'll Bring (We Do NOT Provide These)

  • Your own table(s) and chair(s)

  • Your own tent — and weights are required on every leg (no exceptions, for everyone's safety on State Street)

  • Your own power source if you need it — we are not providing power

  • Your own payment processing, change, signage, bags, and supplies

Booth Rules

  • Booth footprint: 10x10 maximum

  • No early breakdown — please stay set up through the full event

  • Booth must be staffed by your team for the entire event

  • No subletting or sharing your booth with another business without prior written approval

  • Leave your space cleaner than you found it — please haul out your own trash

Marketing — Help Us Help You

  • We're actively marketing this event! If you're offering anything special (a giveaway, exclusive product, promo code, demo, etc.), reply and let us know so we can feature you

  • By participating, you give SheWolf permission to use your business name, logo, and event photos on our marketing and social channels

  • Please cross-promote on your own channels — tag @triadladiesnight on instagram and use #TriadLadiesNight

Sales & Conduct

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting their own sales tax

  • Professional conduct is expected; SheWolf reserves the right to remove any vendor whose conduct disrupts the event, without refund

  • No open flames, no helium tanks, and no alcohol sales without prior written approval

Weather & Liability

  • This is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather requiring cancellation, we will communicate a reschedule plan

  • Each vendor assumes full responsibility for their own goods, equipment, staff, and any incidents at their booth

  • We strongly recommend each vendor carry their own business/liability insurance

Reply to the email sent to you with an "I AGREE" to confirm you've read and accept all terms above, AND pay your $50 vendor fee at to lock in your spot.

Deadline: May 20 — or until all 20 spots are filled, whichever comes first. Spots are first come, first paid, so don't wait!
